Well Chris decided he would give it a try and see if he could get them to work. He called their customer service line. He got off the phone with them and followed all of their instructions and it didn't work. So he called them a 2nd time. Did the same stuff again, which always involves letting the computer "sit" for about 30 minutes while the portal is downloading. And guess what? It still didn't work. So he called them for a third time today, and I guess finally got someone that had him do something completely new and ..........
by gosh, it finally worked!!!! The boys are so excited to finally be playing the new Funkey. I know in this picture it doesn't look like they are very excited, but take my word for it: they are very happy guys right now!
Finally, everything is good in the land of Terrapinia again!
(Until another new set comes out and then we are back to square one!)
